What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the day your order arrives to submit a return request. To qualify, items need to be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

Yes, we do! Our first pick-up point is now open in Clyde.

You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Orders placed before 5 PM are usually packed and ready for pick-up the following day (public holidays excluded). Please wait until you've received the pick-up confirmation email before heading over to collect your order.
